NeevCloud is an AI GPU cloud that describes itself as India’s Sovereign AI Supercloud. Its offering spans data centres, GPU compute, orchestration and inference, from on-demand H100 instances to build-to-suit GB300 NVL72 clusters, for developers, startups, enterprises and the public sector.
Rango designed NeevCloud’s homepage and built it in Next.js, inside NeevCloud’s existing GitHub repository. We built it AI-native, with Claude Code in the terminal, the design in Paper and the visuals generated in Magnific. Our scope was the homepage: its design, its build and the assets on it.

Recorded from neevcloud.com: the hero and its 3D chip animation.
The brief
A homepage for two readers. A developer, who wants to know what they can run and how quickly they can start. And an enterprise or public sector buyer, who wants to know where the data lives and who controls it.
In GPU cloud, many providers lead with the same NVIDIA chips, priced by the hour, so spec sheets start to look alike. NeevCloud’s answer is its full stack, from data centres to inference. So the page had to show a stack, not a GPU list.
Built AI-native, inside NeevCloud’s codebase
We built the page in Next.js 16, React 19 and Tailwind CSS 4, inside NeevCloud’s GitHub repository, where every other page of the site already lived. It follows the conventions set in that repository, so NeevCloud’s engineers can work on it like any other part of the site.
The design started in Figma. We brought it into Paper, and Claude Code read the sections straight from Paper through its MCP server, then wrote the components in the terminal.
The visuals came from the same terminal. Claude Code is connected to Magnific through MCP, so we generated the homepage assets without opening Magnific. That covers the 3D chip animation behind the hero, the layered stack illustration and the glass icons beside the sovereignty answers.

One of the layered stack illustrations, generated in Magnific from Claude Code.
AI tools did the heavy lifting. The design and engineering calls stayed with us. The screenshots and recordings on this page are captured from the live homepage.
Say it in four words
The hero says what NeevCloud is in four words: Full Stack AI SuperCloud. One line under it carries the promise, and one button starts the sign-up. Behind the text, a 3D chip turns slowly in a looping animation.
Under the hero, a row of latest-news cards points into the platform, from full-stack infrastructure and a sovereign enterprise cloud to AI agents, model connectors and dedicated inference.

Show the stack as a stack
The second section is the idea the whole page hangs on: One Vertical Stack. Silicon To Endpoint. Four layers sit on top of each other, the way the infrastructure does: data centres, infrastructure services, platform services and AI services.
As the reader scrolls, the section stays pinned and the layers open one at a time. Each opens to the specifics: modular data centres, a high-throughput and low-latency backbone for AI and HPC workloads, VMs with bare metal and managed Kubernetes or Slurm, then inference endpoints and fine-tuning.

Recorded from neevcloud.com: the stack stays pinned and the layers open one at a time as the page scrolls.

Answer the sovereignty question early
The third section asks the buyer’s question out loud: Why The World Needs NeevCloud? Three short answers sit in a row: no vendor lock-in, transparent pricing, sovereign and secure. Under them, two cards set legacy cloud against the NeevCloud advantage, point by point.
For a buyer who has to keep data in India, that is the first filter. So the homepage answers it early, right after the stack, not on a compliance page three clicks away.

Three pillars, then legacy cloud against NeevCloud, side by side.
Talk to developers like developers
The next section changes tone on purpose. The background goes dark, the heading is written like code, and a terminal walks through creating a cluster, submitting a training job and serving a model. Tabs switch the same flow between CLI, Python, Go, Rust and Terraform.
Three cards carry the claims: one binary for every workflow, Git-native deployments, and a choice of UI, API or CLI.

The developer section: a heading written like code, with the three claims up front.
Put numbers where adjectives were
From Manual Toil To AI-Scale Leverage sets NeevCloud’s three headline figures as cards: cost, throughput and latency. Each has a bar comparing NeevCloud with legacy cloud, and the bars fill as the section scrolls into view.

NeevCloud’s published cost, throughput and latency claims, each with a bar against legacy cloud. These are NeevCloud’s figures, not results of our work.
Below that, a grid of four panels covers the practical questions: on-demand GPU access, high memory capacity, AI-native infrastructure and 24x7 support.

The infrastructure grid: four panels, four practical answers.

3D details from the infrastructure grid: the throughput gauge, a GPU availability card and the NeevCloud block.
Designed for every screen
The design was drawn for desktop first. We then designed the tablet and phone layouts and built all three.

The hero on a phone.

Recorded on a phone: the whole homepage, from the hero to the FAQ.
The page closes with a short FAQ, one call to action, and a footer with Ask ChatGPT, Ask Claude, Ask Perplexity and Ask Gemini links that open each assistant with a question about NeevCloud.

What we delivered
One page, designed and built by Rango in Next.js: the NeevCloud homepage. A hero, a stack, a sovereignty argument, a developer section, a figures section and an infrastructure grid, in a single scroll, plus the hero animation and 3D visuals. It is live at neevcloud.com.

Common questions
What is NeevCloud?
NeevCloud describes itself as India’s Sovereign AI Supercloud. It is an AI GPU cloud whose offerings include GPU and CPU compute, object storage, managed Kubernetes and inference, positioned around keeping data in India.
What did Rango do for NeevCloud?
We designed the homepage and built it in Next.js, along with the visual assets on it. The other pages of neevcloud.com were outside our scope.
Is the NeevCloud homepage built in Next.js?
Yes. We built it in Next.js 16 and React inside NeevCloud’s existing GitHub repository, next to their other pages. It shipped as part of their site, not as a separate build.
What tools did you use to build the NeevCloud homepage?
We used Figma and Paper for the design and Claude Code in the terminal for the Next.js build. Magnific, connected to Claude Code through MCP, produced the hero animation, the stack illustration and the icons.
Do you take on a single page, or only full websites?
Both. NeevCloud was a one-page engagement. A homepage is a good place to start, because it forces the positioning question first.
Do you design websites for GPU cloud and AI infrastructure companies?
Yes. Many GPU and AI infrastructure providers lead with similar hardware, so the homepage has to explain what is different about the platform, not just the chips. For NeevCloud, that was the full stack.
How should a GPU cloud homepage be structured?
Lead with what the platform is in a few words. Show how the layers fit together. Answer data residency and lock-in early. Show developers the workflow in their own terms, and back claims with the provider’s own published figures. That is the order NeevCloud’s homepage follows.
Building a GPU cloud or AI platform homepage?
We help marketing, design and engineering teams explain complex infrastructure through homepage design and front-end development. For NeevCloud, we designed and built one homepage inside their existing Next.js repository.
