Rango designs mobile apps for B2B SaaS, fintech and infrastructure teams. Flows, screens and a design system that ship as One Build-Ready System, not a folder of mockups. Research, UI, prototypes and design QA stay with one team, and we stay stack agnostic: we design for whatever your engineers build in, native or cross-platform.

Choose between

A new app or a redesign. Same Team Throughout.

Redesign an existing app

We audit the flows people actually use, find where they drop out, then rework navigation, screens and states without throwing away what already works.

Design a new app

Product discovery and user flows come first, then wireframes, custom UI, a Figma design system and prototypes your engineers can build from.

Design system

Already shipping? We build the component library, tokens and variants your team reuses, so the twentieth screen costs a fraction of the first.

01

Flows mapped from real usage

Claude sorts your interviews, support tickets and app store reviews into the jobs people do on a phone. Designers turn that into the flow map and screen list, so the app starts from evidence, not a wish list.

02

iOS and Android UI design

Agents draft screen variations inside your approved components and each platform’s conventions. Designers choose, refine and sign off every screen, so speed never costs you the details.

03

One token set, iOS and Android

Tokens and components live in Figma as one source and export to Swift, Kotlin and Flutter formats, so agents and engineers build from the same values instead of eyeballing hex codes.

04

Coded prototypes on your phone

Claude and Cursor build key flows as coded prototypes in Expo, Flutter or SwiftUI, with Rive motion, installed on your own phone through a development build or TestFlight before engineering starts.

05

Handoff coding agents can read

Figma’s MCP server gives your engineers’ coding agents the real components, tokens and specs, so Claude Code or Cursor builds from the design itself instead of from screenshots.

06

States and accessibility, checked

Empty, loading, error, offline and permission states are drafted for every screen, then contrast, tap targets and dynamic type are checked with Stark and reviewed by a designer against WCAG AA.

07

Design QA on every build

Maestro flows run the core paths on simulators with every build and flag drift in layout and states, then designers check the build on real devices before it goes for store review.

08

AI features people can trust

Chat, summaries, voice and smart suggestions designed with streaming, confidence, undo and failure states, so the AI inside your app feels dependable rather than like a demo.

Both platforms, every screen size

Once the core flows are approved, variants cover both platforms and every screen size, from the small phone up to the tablet, without redrawing each one.

Frequently asked questions

Straight Answers. No fluff.

How long does it take to design a mobile app?

Four to six weeks for a focused app, from flows to engineering handoff. The number of flows, how much research is needed and whether you need both iOS and Android all move that. On the scoping call we will tell you which timeline your project fits.

How much does mobile app design cost?

Fixed-scope projects start at $1,500, and the final number depends on scope. What moves it: how many flows and screens you need, whether it is one platform or both, how much research is involved, and whether you want a design system your team can extend. We contract in USD.

Do you design for both iOS and Android?

Yes. We follow each platform's conventions for navigation, gestures and system components rather than stretching one layout across both. Where budget is tight we start with the platform your users are on and design the second from the same system.

Do you build the app as well, or only design it?

Design is what we do here. We hand off to your iOS and Android engineers with assets at every density, the native component named for each control and the edge cases written down, and we stay on through design QA so the build matches the screens. If you also need the app built, that is a separate conversation.

Can you work inside an app that is already in the stores?

Yes, and we often do. We work in your Figma, follow the tokens you already have and match the native patterns already in the build, so new screens ship in the same release as the old ones instead of looking bolted on.

What do your engineers actually receive?

A Figma file with flows, screens and states for both platforms, a component library with tokens and variants, prototypes that run on a device, assets exported at every density, and written notes covering the edge cases. Nobody should have to measure by eye.

Who owns the design files?

You do. Everything lives in your Figma from the first file, IP is assigned to you, and the flows, components and prototypes stay with your team once the engagement ends.

Can a US company work smoothly with a team in India?

Yes. We work in your time zone, so feedback turns around in hours rather than overnight. Contracts are in USD, IP is assigned to you, and MSAs and NDAs follow the terms US companies expect. The designers on your app stay on it from the first screen to the store release.
