Frequently asked questions
Hiring from the US? Read What US teams should know before hiring an agency in India.
How soon will I hear back after my first message?
Within one working day. A senior member of our team reads every enquiry, so the first reply comes from someone who can actually scope the work.
What does AI-native actually mean in your work?
AI sits inside our workflow rather than beside it, so research, exploration and production move faster while senior people keep every design and engineering decision. We also build for AI and cloud infrastructure companies, so the domain is not new to us. We do not hand your product to a model and ship what it returns.
Who will actually do the work?
The senior people you meet on the first call. Whoever scopes your project stays on it through delivery, so context does not get handed down a chain.
Where are you based, and how much do we overlap?
Rango is remote-first. Our registered office is in Indore, India, the team works remotely, and most of our clients are in the US. We hold working hours that overlap Pacific, Central and Eastern time, so calls and daily syncs sit inside a shared window, and every file and decision stays open to you, like a team sitting next to you.
Do you work with enterprises as well as startups?
Yes. The range runs from early stage startups to enterprise platforms. The engagement model changes with scale. The people doing the work do not.
Do you take small or short assignments?
Yes. Monthly Partnership carries no minimum commitment, and Fixed Scope Builds start at $1,500. A small first project is a normal way to begin.
Can my first enquiry cover design, development and animation?
Yes. All three sit under one Monthly Partnership plan, and we own all three end to end on Fixed Scope Builds, so you are not coordinating separate vendors.
Can I test a dedicated teammate before a monthly commitment?
Yes. Staff Augmentation includes a one week trial with a senior dedicated UX/UI designer or frontend engineer, so you can judge the work before committing.
