We start with a content and URL audit and a performance baseline, then handle conversion copywriting, CMS migration and 301 redirects, and SEO and schema parity, so your rankings hold through the move.

01

Framer website development

Pages built on a layout system that holds up at every breakpoint, with components, variants and CMS collections set up so the site stays consistent as it grows.

02

Framer component library

Your design system as Framer components with props and variants, so marketing can assemble new pages from approved parts instead of rebuilding sections by hand.

03

Framer CMS setup

Collections for articles, case studies, careers and landing pages, modeled on how your team publishes, with drafts, scheduled publishing and per-item SEO fields.

04

Migration to Framer

From WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or a custom build. Every URL mapped, redirects and structured data carried across, and metadata kept intact.

05

Performance and Core Web Vitals

Image, font and media budgets, compressed video instead of oversized files, and lazy loading below the fold, so LCP and INP stay inside the thresholds on real devices.

06

Technical SEO, AEO and GEO

A Framer site can score 100 on Lighthouse SEO and still fail a real audit: duplicate titles, missing alt text, thin pages, no structured data. We fix what the score does not check, then set metadata, redirects and JSON-LD page by page.

07

External agent setup and guardrails

We connect Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to your Framer project through Framer’s External Agents, which needs no MCP server. Every change an agent makes lands on a branch with its own preview rather than on the live site, and we set the guardrails for what it may touch.

08

Motion and interactive UI

Scroll effects, variants and transitions built with Framer’s own motion tools, kept light enough that the page still loads fast on a phone.

09

Localization and Auto Translate

Framer’s Auto Translate keeps every locale in sync as the canvas and CMS change, with a glossary that pins how your product terms translate and right-to-left layouts handled natively. We set the locales up and check the ones that matter by hand.

10

On-page editing for marketing

Your marketing team edits copy and swaps sections on the page itself, with every change landing behind a branch preview before it goes live.

Frequently asked questions

Straight Answers. No fluff.

How long does it take to build a Framer website?

Two to four weeks for a focused marketing site, from wireframe to launch. Scope, how ready your content is, and how many integrations are involved all move that. On the scoping call we will tell you which timeline your project fits.

How much does a Framer website cost?

Fixed-scope builds start at $1,500, and the final number depends on scope. What moves it: how many page templates you need, the CMS collections involved, any migration work, and whether you want a component library your team can extend. We contract in USD.

Can our marketing team edit a Framer site without developers?

Yes, and that is usually the reason to choose Framer. Pages are built from components with variants, and CMS collections hold your articles, case studies and landing pages, so your team edits copy, swaps sections and publishes without waiting on us. New components still come back to us, and we say so up front.

Should a B2B company choose Framer or Webflow?

Choose Framer when your team wants to design and publish quickly, with motion built in, branching on every change and a short path from Figma to live. Choose Webflow when you need deeper CMS structure: Framer Pro holds 2,500 items across 10 collections, where Webflow Premium holds 20,000 across 40. We build on both and recommend the one your team can actually run.

What are Framer's CMS limits?

Framer Pro covers 2,500 CMS items across 10 collections, and add-ons take that to 40,000 items and 40 collections. That is enough for most B2B marketing sites. If you need deeper relational modelling, a much larger catalogue, or CMS data rendered through your own React components, we will say so before the project starts and build in Webflow or Next.js instead.

Do you have Framer work we can look at?

This site. rango.design is designed and built in Framer by the same team that would build yours, including the CMS behind the case studies and the capability pages you are reading. Rango is a verified Framer Expert, listed since March 2026, and the profile is at framer.com/@rango-design.

Can you migrate our WordPress or Webflow site to Framer without losing rankings?

Yes, when the mapping is done before launch. We map every URL, set up redirects, carry content and structured data across, and keep metadata and canonicals intact. After go-live we watch Search Console and fix any page that drops.

Who owns the site, and where does it live?

You do. The project sits in your own Framer account from day one, on your domain and your plan. We work in it as collaborators, and when the engagement ends the site, the CMS and the components stay with your team.

Can a US company work smoothly with a team in India?

Yes. We work in your time zone, so feedback turns around in hours, not a day later. Contracts are in USD, IP is assigned to you, and MSAs and NDAs follow the terms US companies expect. The designers who build your site stay on the project, with no account manager in between.

Can we export the code if we leave Framer?

No. Framer has no code export. The published site is standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript and you can download those files, but it depends on Framer's pre-rendering, image resizing and font subsetting, so a copy is a backup rather than a site you can host elsewhere. Webflow's export leaves CMS content behind for similar reasons. If owning the source is a hard requirement, we build in Next.js and you keep the repository.
